Shelton Ogg
President of Ground Werks Plumbing and Rooter
I’m a second-generation plumber with more than 25 years in the trade. I spent 13 years as a proud Union Plumber, where I earned my Union Journeyman Certification and became NITC recognized as a Journeyman Plumber. After years of experience running large-scale projects, including multimillion dollar projects for union companies, I decided to venture out on my own to try to create the best life for my wife and kids. In 2013, I started Ground Werks Plumbing with a simple mission: to provide honest service, quality craftsmanship, and lasting solutions for every customer. Today, I’m proud to lead a team that shares those same values and takes pride in treating every home like it’s our own.
Kaylie Simpson
Office Manager
Kaylie is the friendly voice you’ll hear first when you reach out to us! She keeps the office running smoothly by answering calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and making sure everyone feels welcome. Kaylie loves being social and meeting new people, and she’s always up for a good conversation or a laugh. She brings warmth and positive energy to the team. When she’s not at work, she’s at home with her two loving and energetic cats, working on her car, or learning a new recipe in the kitchen.

Cesar is a skilled plumber with over 8 years of hands-on experience. Known to be able to tackle just about anything, he takes pride in getting the job done right the first time. When he’s not on the job, Cesar is a proud father of three who enjoys fishing and working on cars.
